笋干的吃法有很多种,现在喜欢吃的人也比较多,但是有多少人关注笋干是怎么来的了?

第一步,挖笋,挖笋是有讲究的,如果是平地里冒出来的笋,多半可用工具撬出来,又快又利落;如果是山上的野生笋,用手拔会更好些,因为用手拔出来的笋比较嫩,根部(也就是我们所说的笋比较老的部分)都还留在地里。
