笋干红烧肉

原料:五花肉,笋干菜,冬笋,干辣椒,蒜瓣,老姜,盐,白糖,生抽,料酒、葱花。

1、取适量笋干菜,用凉水冲洗一下,拧干水分,再倒开水,泡开,差不多20分钟即可,泡的汤汁留用,冬笋切片,五花肉去皮,切片。
